 Score this end with large + shaped cuts.

 Hold the pomegranate under water in a large bowl and separate into quarters.

 A pomegranate has sections of seeds inside, simply pull them gently away with your thumbs.

Very cool... I used to use a needle and pick one out at a time and east them. To the question below, you east them, if you spat them out it would be a waste of time. Might as well just collect the juice. Reply...

Nope. Just drain away the water and store them in a container in the fridge, perfect snack and terrific on salads. Reply...
